Staying here is an excellent choice for visiting the area, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and really comfortable beds.

The property was modern and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The location was convenient, close to the old town and offering a lovely view .

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the outdated and uncomfortable kitchen chairs, overall, I truly enjoyed my time at the lovely apartment in a great location.

This place has a fantastic location, just a short walk from a public library and surrounded by a supermarket, the old town, and great restaurants – I really enjoyed my stay here!

I recently stayed at an apartment in Quebec City for a few nights and had a great experience. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had all the facilities I needed. It was also located in a cool area, not too big or overwhelming. The property was modern and nicely decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and even a washer and dryer. Plus, there was ample free parking available and plenty of food options within walking distance. Old Quebec was just a short walk away, which was a major plus.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Central Location and Comfortable Beds

The location here is awesome, right in the heart of everything. The beds in our apartment were really comfy. 😊

I had a wonderful stay at a nicely decorated apartment, which was well equipped and had a modern, light atmosphere. The roof terrace was a great bonus, and the apartment's location was excellent, with Lower Old Quebec just around the corner. I was also relieved to find free parking across the street.

We had a great stay at Les Immeubles Charlevoix - Le 1172. The property was beautiful and spacious, with a convenient location in lower town. The two-bedroom apartment provided more than enough space for our group, and we especially enjoyed the roof patio. Despite the lack of an elevator, the stairs to our second-floor unit were manageable with our luggage. The modern and nicely decorated property provided a cool atmosphere. The location was excellent, with Old Quebec and Lower Old Quebec just a short walk away. The overall experience was positive and we would definitely consider renting this place again.
